I provide a range of personalised services and group experiences to support your wellness journey. Each offering is crafted to help you connect with your inner wisdom and achieve holistic balance. Based on the foundation of my traditional yoga training I infuse somatic healing and a variety of other holistic practices including my own lived experience, from being both a teacher and student for the past 17 years.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga for Women are nurturing group sessions using bolsters, blocks & blankets to support you in postures that encourage the body to release stress gently in a deeply embodied way.
Senior Classes
Experience a rejuvenating and uplifting stretch class tailored for seniors aged 65 +, and individuals with limited mobility. The whole class can be done seated as you nourish your body with focused breath and movement.
Private Sessions
Journey with Melissa in Restorative Yoga with one-on-one sessions featuring breathwork and meditation to help you reconnect and manage stress. For a deeper healing journey, Melissa offers restorative yoga combined with Reiki and Yoga Nidra, empowering your self-healing process.
Meditative Art
